Taken the MRT or NEL trains recently? You might have noticed bright and colourful stickers from SKM, placed just above the priority seats.

In busy Singapore we often get too caught up with our own work, and do not notice our surroundings. Hence these stickers act as reminders for commuters to give up their seats to those who may need them more, and also function as ‘thank you’ messages to those who have done so.

After all, we like to be affirmed and recognised for doing something gracious. So the next time you are on the trains, keep a look out for the stickers, and more importantly, the chance to do something nice for someone else!
