An initiative aimed at creating a happier and gracious workplace

Kindness@Work

Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) will be launching a new book, ‘Making Kindness Our Business’, by Dr William Wan General Secretary of SKM.
This volume brings together 20 essays on the practice of kindness in the workplace and its benefits not only to the well-being of the individuals involved but also to the health of the business as a whole.

We're Greater Together

We are currently revamping our Kindness @ Work programme. Stay tuned!

Back to office, then how?

Let this fun poster series remind those returning to the office to show kindness in the new normal. Click to download!

As many of us transit from WFH back to the office, let us continue to follow the safety measures to help everyone feel and be safe. Let’s also look out for and be empathetic to each other. Safe distancing, however, doesn’t mean we cannot hang out with our colleagues. We can still find ways to build camaraderie as we adjust to the new normal!

We have created a set of five A3 posters to brighten up your offices and remind everyone to be kind and considerate.

We have also created a Singa-designed sticker (available in 2 sizes – 50mm and 80mm) to be stuck in high-touch areas, to remind everyone to be careful and hygienic when touching these places, and for cleaners/staff to pay special attention to cleaning these places regularly.

Contact us if you would like to be included in our mailing list for Kindness @ Work programme.
