The SKM is governed by the SKM Council, chaired by Ms Junie Foo, Advisor, iGlobe Partners and President of Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations, and comprises a maximum of 17 members from various public and private organisations.
SKM Secretariat
The SKM Secretariat, led by Michelle Tay (Director, Programmes & Operations), manages the SKM together with various program directors operating different focus areas. Dr Willam Wan will continue to be a steward in supporting SKM initiatives as a Senior Consultant. Interns and volunteers also support SKM efforts regularly in building a more gracious Singapore.
